The spiritual oversight of the church is vested in the Board of Deacons which operates in concert with the congregation. In cooperation with the Senior Pastor, the Board is responsible for:

• Teaching and preaching, of God’s Holy Word.
• Assisting the Pastor in administration of the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion).
• They also minister to the needs of individuals and families through personal visitation, counseling, teaching, and the general oversight of church ministries.
• The Deacons are responsible for the Sanctuary and worship service management.

The Board of Deacons is nominated by the Nominating Committee and elected by a majority vote of the congregation. Each member serves a two-year term. The Chair of the Board of Deacons represents the Board on the Church Council.

The current members are Peggy Scott-Chairman, Jim Carter-Secretary, Ken Cormier-Vice Chair, Pam Sheerin, Matthew Hotz, Michael Badger, Paula Rawding (interim) and Rev. Jon Conant.
